Cost atlas
The housing cost atlas assigns every apartment question to a check lane.
Queries such as warm rent, deposit, moving cost, living area and shared-flat split often lead to single calculators. The atlas shows what to check before and after.

| 01 Monthly loadWhat does the home really cost every month? | Warm rent + power + internet + reserve | Warm rent calculator | Rent burden ratio |
| 02 Start capitalWhich amount is due before and during move-in? | Deposit + first rent + furniture + setup | Move-in cost calculator | Moving cost calculator |
| 03 Moving riskWhere do extras, delays and buffer needs appear? | Boxes + distance + parking zone + helper time | Moving cost calculator | Van and box calculator |
| 04 Area checkDoes usable space match the listing? | Balcony + slopes + circulation space | Living area calculator | Cost-per-square-meter calculator |
| 05 Shared-flat fairnessWhich costs are shared, which belong to the room? | Base share + room area + fixed cost | Shared-flat cost calculator | Internet and fixed-cost calculator |
Which costs belong before committing?
Monthly load, deposit, first warm rent, transport, furniture, kitchen, power, internet and a buffer should be visible first.
Why is warm rent not enough?
Warm rent often excludes power, internet, commuting, furniture, reserves or move-in cost. The atlas separates recurring and one-off load.
When should area come first?
If balcony, terrace, slopes or furniture paths are unclear, start with the area check and then cost per square meter.
